Breath

Being

 

I love the practice of yoga because it brings us back to who we are in the most basic sense.  

We feel into the space of the body.

We wake up to the flow of the breath.

We open to the sacred yet simple presence of being alive.

In the process we come to life, or perhaps more importantly we realize that we’ve been alive all along, we just weren’t paying attention. Yoga provides us the opportunity to pay attention, to come home to body, breath and being right here right now.
